Zorb?

I need a few more boosters / inserts for my heavy wetter and keep hearing about zorb but can't work it out
Is it like a super absorbent Microfibre?
Sounds like made up of several layers, does this make it bulky?
Anyone have experience using it, what's it like?
I use bamboo and hemp at the moment so trying to decide whether to get more hemp or some zorb.

I really like zorb, I got a meter of it and sandwiched it between bamboo fleece and folded over it lasts 5 hours on my medium/heavy wetter. I don't find it very bulky at all. X
