It seems silly to be excited but I really didn't know if I'd ever have another little cloth bum and actually putting on the wash makes it seem so real that he is coming soon and that I will have a little cloth bottom again

I was so sad when I did my last one. I felt like a mad women.
I love it when they are on the line even more.

I think I'll have to make more - I realised that I only have one fitted nippa nappy and they were my favorite sort with Louis!! Lots of my number I worked out are flats too so I think some nappy making is in order in the next couple of weeks!

I was the same @laceybat and also love the line! We are just using a little rack thing as our line is such a pain to get to down about 25 stairs (uneven!) so they dont' look as good as I like but thrilled they are there !

Awww that is exciting @amba !

Mine have been out all night so I'm hoping they are dry so I can fold them all (can someone remind me of this excitement in 6 months time when I'm complaining about folding a nappy load ). I found a hanging nappy holder that MIL made for Louis too so that should store a good number of them too. That is in the washing machine, must go and hang it out!

Nappies all dry and off! I really do need to make a few more , some of the ones I've counted were actually BTP ones I discovered which I'm not sure will fit right from the start and then not sure how long the tiny terries will last and if the prefolds I have are suitable for a NB as they seem quite big Also have realised I need to make some more fleece liners, I did buy some knowing I needed more but forgot until I saw I only have about 6 that I hadn't done it!
