The nappies are still bleeding dye after about 5/6 washes (on their own as i thought they would) anyone know how long before i can wash with other items? I dont want to make all my nappies white bits a very pale blue :giggle:

Can you pop an old white face cloth or something in to see if it is actually enough to colour, sometimes the water can looked coloured but it doesn't actually go onto the material?

I've got loads of liz earle muslin cloths and have been chucking those in with each wash, the first 3 washes the white muslin got lighter and i thought the next would be white but it was darker than the 1st

I might have to get some colour catchers before i can wash them with the other nappies.

Think i've washed them 6-7 times now with rinses :-?

Is there some way you can set it like with vinegar or something?

Well i emailed dylon customer services to see if they have any suggestions and they suggested soaking in a salty solution, so that might be the next thing to try, but I did 2 more 60 degree washes today and the last one the muslin cloth came out very light so fingers crossed thats it!

I'm going to get a box of colour catchers for when i wash all the nappies together, i imagine once that box is used up the problem should be sorted... Just need a baby now :waiting: :waiting:
