It makes me really angry to read how difficult it is to get anyone to take you seriously
Hopefully things will become easier once you have been seen. Make once you are in the system, sure you get the secretary's number for whoever you see. It seems to bypass a lot of waiting around.

Have posted most of my de stash although no idea how much to ask for them each and also no idea what most of them are if people ask me for information! My head seems incapable of working it out
