Which elastic?

I have some nappies that need the elastic replacing and have some more on the way. I had decided on lastin from plush addict but then realised they have 6mm and 10mm.
Any thoughts?

In my experience the best is knitted elastic , I didn't like elastin but probably personal preference. I can't find it anywhere for you though :/

I have been trying different kinds but most important is that it can be washed at 90

Think the 10 mm would be too wide, but it depends on the diaper
