Itti Bitti's are are slimmest too. Fitteds wise our Sweetiebums are probably the slimmest although most of mine are pretty trim fitting. Bambinex bamboo are quite slim fitting fitteds too.

Haven't got much experience of pockets but would agree regarding the ittis, as for fitteds I find MEOS bamboo and sweetiebums are a nice slim fit.
