Cloth in Aussie hospitals!

I was reading the info booklet for the birth centre where I am hoping to give birth and was pleasantly surprised twice.
In the list of things they think you should take to hospital for baby to go home it says: 2-3 nappies, nappy pins or fasteners. And it also says the hospital provides towels, bed linen and CLOTH nappies during your hospital stay!

That is cool! Wonder who their cloth buyer is... Can you imagine what fun to be able to buy with someone else's money?

I doubt that what they have available is very exciting - I'm more thinking prefold and squares but still better than not at all!

That's great wish more birth centres were like that!

there is a box of cloth nappies to look at in our local maternity ward- but with no explanation and a mixture of fitted wraps and unstuffed pockets i was a little confused but a small step in the right direction
