Has any one tried to contact WN's recently?? I have emailed them twice over the last few days, think the first time was Sun but I haven't heard back from them, I want to return a and re-order a nappy?????????????????

I emailed and had a pretty fast responce day before yesterday

I am around, but I have had a huge number of emails the last few days so it does take a while to get through them all . When it's like this, if they are urgent/quick/easy questions I try to answer them as soon as I read them, but if they're a bit more involved and or I need to think about it for a bit, then I tend to leave them until I have a bit of quiet time (i.e. once the children are in bed ).

I do try to get everything answered within 2 days though.
