Hehe- you guys are right. I have followed your advice and after much distracting and measuring and re-measuring, her measurements are:
Legs: 25.5cm
Waist: 49 cm

So, it seems a large will be the size I need.

Funny how the fit of another nappy can throw you into a panic! :doh:
