Our council is quite good, get £30 cashback, but only paid in £10 installments over a year, but they give you 8 nappies and 4 wraps in varying sizes 8) Better than some councils!

Lovely nappies, our council (Cheshire (East)) give half the money spent back, up to £25 providing you send receipts. They didn't bother sending the receipts back though :roll:
