... I have tried but I find it really difficult to leave feed back...

I might just be being really thick - when I go to the feedback section I can never find the person...

is there an idiots guide somewhere?

go into classifieds... feedback... then search for the member in username box at the top and just fill in details.. buyer/seller, positive/negative etc.

you can also load the persons profile from the last thing you said to them, click on their feedback score and there is an add feedback button just under their rating. I always do it that way

Look at the top of this page, hover over 'classifieds' and there will be a drop down menu...look down to the bottom and there is a section for feedback...

I normally go to the feedback section and then add the persons screenname and add feedback that way but like someone said you can go to their profile and click on where it says classifieds feedback and leave it that way

I don't think it's rude to ask - I always leave it for sellers but am terrible about leaving it for buyers, it just never occurs to me .
