Why can't I spend my paypal funds

I have paypal funds waiting to be used. I tried to buy a buggy on ebay but looks like it's a dodgy seller as their paypal account was stopped and now their ebay account has been stopped too! Close shave, glad I couldn't pay for it!

But I can't seem to spend my funds on nappies either!! That's partly because I'm indecisive though.

I've been looking for medium ittis in purple and black, but nowhere seems to have both in stock. Then I'm thinking I'd like another bbos, or maybe a mini la la or issy bear. Or perhaps I should be visiting WN again...

I do black too!

Nowhere seems to have the purple zias in stock at the moment I've seen a black on on gumtree for £50 which I might go for instead.

Yes and I've been lusting after it for months, only problem is I already have 6 pushchairs and I cant bring myself to part with any.
