Has anybody brought Ebay cheapies from China/Hong Kong?

If you have, have you had any problems with them getting through customs etc? Have you been charged custom fees or anything?

I want to get a few ebay cheapies to try and see what they are like - but dont want to get lumped with customs fees!

i bought them last year, no probs with customs, but i found they needed a little extra in the boosting department. but all good as i recall.

never had problems with customs, or being charged, and i had ordered a set of 20 when alesha was little and then 16 (all in ones or two at a time) later on, no problems what so ever, did need to boost once alesha got too about year old thou x

We got some, no issues with customs etc. They only last 2 hours for us, even with extra boosting (the pocket isn't huge, so I'm limited as to what booster I use)...

Oh, and I meant to say that the minkee ones are nice, but I'm not at all keen on the PUL outer ones, they are not a nice fabric imo.

I ordered a couple seperately that arrived packaged together IYSWIM and no problem with customs. They are ok but the inserts are very thin and on one of them the poppers weren't in a straight line but still useable. The coolababys were better than the naughty baby ones.

We use the happy flute ones, which we use with their original insert and a newborn prefold- lasts 4 hours.

We have had 4 shipments now, plus one of babylegs, with no issues at all.

I got a load of naughty baby ones, they're quite good, not as good as the BG I have but I like them - great for daytime, not for night, the pocket isn't as big and stops a bit low on the front as they stitched right through under the velcro on the front, where the BG that's still pocket.
