Ok, NOW how is my newborn stash looking? :-)

I posted not so long ago (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=71432) to see whether you all thought I had enough nappies in my newborn stash, it was quickly decided that no I didn't (any excuse to buy more fluff, LOL )

SO, I have been going a bit a lot mad buying more fluff, this is what I have now:

AIOs/pockets

1 x Bumgenius AIO size small
2 x Swaddlebees pockets size newborn/small
1 x Bumgenius V3 **I know this is a one-size, so this won't be suitable at first will it? Too big/bulky?**
1 x Itti AIO size small (although it's a bit crunchy so will have to see if it actually works or whether it leaks)

2 x Little Lamb bamboo size 1
1 x Hollow Oak size 1

1 x Orange Diaper Co custom one-size fitted (again, not arriving for a while and also a one-size so again may be too big/bulky at first??)
1 x Orange Diaper Co BV terry square (not used terries/prefolds before but these looked so yummy and soft I couldnt resist ordering one )

I think that's everything! I have been dyeing some of the Sandys, Totsbots etc just to pretty them up a bit so do you think I have enough now? (Or even, have I gone COMPLETELY overboard?). In total I have (I think) 10 AIOs/pockets, 35 fitteds (well I will once the Orange Diaper ones arrive - so 32 at the moment) and 10 wraps/covers.

It doesn't sound too bad. Don't forget that you change them loads in the early days!

They'll all get their use, you change them so often in the early days & not all may suit baby so good to have a selection.

Wow that stash is going to be great for a newborn. We were so new to cloth and so unsure that I only had a few and it was constant washing washing washing!

Looks ok to me especially as a fair few of the fitteds will be too big to start with. You definitely haven't got too much, I have 38 NB/XS fitteds and 20 smalls atm so probably have a teeny bit too many Teeny fluff is soooo cute though

Yes I was thinking that some of them look a bit too big. Ah well that's good, I'd better start on my medium stash now then I wish I had more WAHM stuff but oh well I'll work on it

Yep looking much better I would probably add a few prefolds to that too 'just in case' the smalls are a bit big for the first few weeks - but then that would just be an excuse really to buy a few more

My dd is 7lb 14oz and I'm finding that only my xs oww and teenyfits fit her atm...we use small oww at night...but my little lambs are far too big on yet atm as are our OS nappies.

Looking good buy I agree with sadie about some little prefolds...I have swaddlebees newborns and they are a nice fit with a thirsties wrap
