I do a rinse 1st to get them wet ect and to rise away most of the poo, then i will put them on a wash with the powder in and then after this do another 2 rinse cycles. I am using non bio powder the same as we wash our clothes ect it

We only use half the amount of powder in nappy washes compared to clothes. How hard/soft is your water?

~Have you done a maintenance wash on your machine recently? Bio is better for cleaning nappies as well, i always used Ariel or Fairy or for a bit of softness Bold 2in1 and washed at 60 most of the time.

Is it a cold rinse you are doing first x

The best way to wash nappies is to do a cold wash first, then either a 40 or 60 degree wash with extra rinse afterwards. Use anything from a teaspoon to a half dose of bio washing powder depending on your water hardness (teaspoon for very soft water, half dose for very hard).

I'd do a maintenance wash on your machine (empty machine, 90 degree wash with a full dose of bio powder) then do another strip wash on the nappies. Wash them on cold with a full dose of bio powder. Then do a 60 degree wash with no powder & do 3 or 4 extra rinses afterwards.

My little one has eczema & I just do an extra rinse on her clothes & nappies & it doesn't afffect the eczema.

Have a look inside your kettle, is there limescale? If not you're water is soft.

Do another maintenance wash & do another strip wash & see if that helps. It's bold 2 in 1 (the ordinary one not infusions or whatever it is called) that we use & it's great for nappies. Buy a small box & give it a try.
