Breast pads for big leaky boobs!

I have not used the little lamb ones but they look and feel lovely. Or I make them

I had this problem - H cup and super fast let down - tried cloth pads and ended up going through multiple changes of outfit a day :-S Then I discovered Little Lambs in large which have been superb. At first I'd double up but now at 5 months things have finally settled down - though I do use Lansinoh disposables when I really can't afford to risk a leak (sister-in-laws wedding...).

Little lamb have them on sale atm!

I'm just looking into breast pads at the moment... silly question but are they waterproof on one side to stop puddles on your tops? Also I'd like to get some special ones for the first bit of BF for sore nip nips!

They aren't waterproof per say but they are either bamboo (super absorbent) or minki and fleece. At night I would have to use 2 but other than that they were great. And so much better than disposables.

I had Sara (Greenabub's') bamboo ones and they are just gorgeous, really soft and lovely even when I was sore!

I have some with PUL backing @hannahbanana and some which don't.
The PUL backed ones I had were good early on to stop mega leaks, but not as absorbent as the fleece if bamboo ones I have do I used up double up. I don't know if this helps in designing your makes?

I think some have an internal waterproof layer (and have a right way and a wrong way round to wear them).
