I'm just coming to the end of my first proper day of using my mooncup (started last night, but didn't cut enough stem off and it was uncomfortable :( ), and I love it too!! How sad is it to be enjoying having your period this much?! But even though I haven't got it 100% yet (little bit leaky), it's comfy and feels secure.

Hurray for no more tampons/pads :wine:

See atleast you kept the stem long until you found the right length for you. (unlike me) :giggle: I was very lucky as I had no leaks.

:wine: to your mooncup

Hmm, I might have to look into this... don't like pads during AF (ick), might be a better bet!

I did find the first few times of emptying it a bit :puke: but once I got used to it, its the best thing I have ever used :wine:

See, I'm clearly a bit weird, but I just found it fascinating  :hohoho:

And much as I hate to bang on about some sanitary protection, it's amazing how liberating it was to not be constantly thinking about when I had to change a tampon. And tbh since giving birth I'd been a bit freaked out by how easy it was to put them in squint :lookround: :giggle:

I've only recently heard about mooncups, and am a bit scared to try it  , but am keen to give it a go :) . Just wondering where they are available from though? Did you buy it online or in shops? And what's the cost of it? I could just google probably, but being a little lazy :giggle: and also like going off recommendations, etc. Also, are there different "brands" of mooncup? My inexperience is showing ...
Thanks ladies! :D

I did look at getting another make at first, but I could not find any negative comments re@ mooncup. It was slightly more expensive but as its only a one off cost I figured it was woth it. I bought mine from Heather at Luxury Moon (you will find her details in the wahm section) and bought one with a weenotions pad. Customer Service was brilliant.

My af has just arrived again today, and aoart from being gutted I am not pregnant, I am not hating my af like I used too. Sounds silly but I dont get bad craps and pains like I used to and it does not cost me a fortune every month.

:notworthy: the Mooncup.
