AF cramps worse after stopping breastfeeding?

Urgh I swear mother nature has it in for me this week

It was never like this while I was breastfeeding though!

With Isabelle I got pregnant while still feeding so never experienced this - but Grace has stopped completely now and while AF returned a good while back, I didn't really get bad cramps just backache the week before...

I used to have bad cramps when I was a teenager but I *think* I didn't really have bad cramps pre Isabelle...

I'm taking Agnus castus to help with my moods but perhaps I need to start on starflower too

for crappy period pains. They are dreadful and so draining. Hope everything settles down soon and things return to normal.

I really hope that doesnyt happen to me ollies still feeding at 16 months with no sign of stopping tho and has upped his feeds due to the heatwave lol
