Mooncup leakage (TMI)

Before having nathan i used a Smaller size mooncup with no problems before i went on cerazette which was fab!
I have tried the smaller and larger mooncup since having him and i seem to get movement and leaks around it so end up wearing a pad as well and am now back using tampons.
Any ideas/suggestions?

Sounds like you could be putting the cup too far in. It should sit just inside you - not as high as a tampon would.

i know that if its nor fully open it can leak. maybe try twist it once in place to make sure its open also makesure and pin holes around the rim aren't blocked.

i know mooncup site used to have trouble shooting so to speak on there might be worth a look

I'm sure you know - but pelvic floor exercises or lack of them have a lot to answer for.
