Which Meluna Cup

Hey ladies

Not sure which one to order, size small, medium or large?

and whether the one with a stem, ball or ring is better? or doesnt it matter

ive had one vaginal birth, am 22, light flow except for first day which is medium really,

just took a look at the chart, and the med is the same width as the large, but the large is longer so holds more.
