you will need to sew the zorb into something. It needs encasing and securing inside some other fabric otherwise it will go all wrong whenyou wash it. If you buy it I will sew them together for you. i live in Welwyn GC so just down the road from you :thumbsup:

haha here was me thinking it was an easy solution! I might just get the bamboo then, would you be able to hem it for me hun?

It doesn't need overlocking the zorb will not just fall apart, all it will do is bobble. You can just use the zig zag stitch on your sewing machine to hem it if you so wished, the bamboo fleece or the zorb. If you were going to use the microfibre.. you could cut out a piece to go on top of the booster and either turn and top stitch it or just zig zag the edges, create an over-edge stitch by allowing the needle to "fall" off the material to the right and back into the material on the left. Just ask if you don't understand! Bamboo fleece wont fray in the wash either btw, but the edges will curl. So if you made it double layered, overstitch or turn and top stitch with either the microfleece or something else that will be touching the skin, if its for a fitted nappy, or just on its own for a pocket.
