What do you mean all minki? That is the only material in them? No cotton, bamboo, microfibre?

I don't know what they white stuff is, same as on the current ones I would say, but the insert is just minki, I think. No other cotton or anything.

I highly doubt that the inserts are all minkee as it just wouldn't work. :? I suspect there's mf sandwiched between minkee layers or something.

Just found this on the fuzzibunz website - it looks like they're selling minkee inserts too :?

NEW Minky Inserts

While Minky has been known for its luxurious and plush properties—it also makes a great diaper insert! Long micro-filament fibers give this insert unique characteristics such as:

Absorbency without added bulk
Odor resistance
Less staining and wear
A more pleasant feel to the touch

I still can't understand how something that repels liquid and is used as a liner/stay dry outer can be an effective insert too. :loopy:

I have one here, but it doesn't say what the fabric composition is. I can confirm it's fab! Lasts longer than the v2 and takes a fraction on time to dry. About ten minutes on the radiator and about an hour on the airer.

The other big change that was made, the elastic at the back is lovely, much softer than the v2 and gives a great fit.

I think there must be two different fabrics being referred to as minkee/minky, a non-absorbant stay dry one simply couldn't work as in insert. This thread agrees http://www.babyandbump.com/natural-pare ... serts.html

Maybe it's more like their 'fluffle' inners of V1?

The pop in site has some info too.

This is what ive been thinking.
The tots bots Minkee - must be a type of microfibre if its that fast drying!
