@docmaggo - it's just painted with an interior paint called pucker up.

@clothmama - I used a staple gun ( I am in  with mine) really easy to do. Staple one side down, then stretch and do the opposite side, turn and do the other 2 sides making sure you don't get any crinkled. doing the corners can be a little tricky and my first corner was a little dodgy but that went to the back corner so can't see it. oh and I got my staple gun for only $16 from bunnings.
Table is just painted, about 3 coats it took to get the coverage I wanted.

Forgot to say my chairs were very easy to take apart and it doesn't matter how messy the underside gets with staples because no one sees them!

I can take a pic of the underside if you want a basic idea of how I did it.

I think I (well Mr CM I've never used it  ) may have a staple gun, will have to investigate!

Step by step for @clothmama
- spread fabric out flat, print side down
- place seat cushion side down in the middle
- fold one side up and staple along roughly 5-6 so it won't pucker
- fold opposite side and pull tight and staple
- I did a sort of hospital bed fold to get the corners neat then stapled the other sides

This was my first one - it looks loose but it's not!

I saw your pics on fb and think it looks fantastic. You did a great job.

I admit though, I though the fabric was strawberries until right now
