Converting applix BG to poppers?

The applix on Callums BGV3's is giving up, it needs replacing so I thought about replacing it with snaps. He has around 10 of them, other than the applix they are in great condition.

Now my main question is are the Kam snap pliers any good? Are some worse than others? I can't afford or justify buying a Kam press for the use it will get. Or will I be better off just paying a wahm to alter them for me. Help, they make up a quarter of his stash.

I have one and I'm very pleased with the pliers and snaps.
I made some CSP and first I tried metal snaps (the one you have to hamer in?) didn't not get along with them!
Very happy that I bought the kam snaps, easy to use and looks nice too

I converted my aplix bbos and it worked a treat. Bought the kam plier set with a snap kit box from ebay via germany (not china) and the bargain snaps themselves (green colour) from ebay via lithuania would recommend!! X
