Making csp?

Postby labbiefan » Sun Apr 28, 2013 7:32 pm

Hi ladies,
Thinking about making some panty linners. I bought some nice minky fabric for the top. What would you pad out in the middle? Where would you buy this fabric and are press stud machines expensive? Might not be worth the outlay but would like to price it up- currently use wahm ones which I love. Thanks x

I used fleece backing which is very cheap bamboo fleece core and BV top. I would day getting snap pliers is worth it £15 inc hundred or so snaps from dummy mummy on Ebay :)

I've made some from flannel using this pattern: https://sites.google.com/site/shewhorunsintheforest/008
I want to make some more and use fleece backing. Just bought the flannel at a local store and think I will get a IKEA blanket for the fleece :giggle: . I also bought a kamsnaps stud press (dawanda). I tried with other (metal) snaps but really didn't like them.
Made some CSP too and used bamboo, pull and fleece. (note to self, must get but in gear to finish CSP project :giggle: )
