Heres my effort at making a nappy wrap for the first time, I worked out a pattern myself in the end using another wrap I have as a guide. Its snap fastenings also with adjustable rise and leg gussets. Alexander Henry cotton fabric over PUL, with fold over elastic binding. Cooper modelled it for me this morning over a bamboozle and the fit seems good but will see.

Also the crocket hook came out yesterday as it had to be done, I give you . . . . . 'Chicken Coop'

That looks fantastic!!!

If you get wicking dont' blame your wrap, it could be from the cotton as the outer, I sadly could never get on with that which is a shame as it knocked out so many lovely covers :giggle:

Yes Im wondering how the wrap will fair being cotton outer, but the leg gussets are just pul so that should help. The question is how the overlapping bits fair where the poppers are at the sides. Hopefully as the hip/side area doesn't tend to get very wet it may be ok? Will soon see!
