So it is coming on nicely I'm really pleased with it . With practice and constant counting my edges are better than they were and I think with blocking it will all work out well.

I did discover a mistake I'd made on the bobble row, I'd done DC's instead of HDC's (with DC's for the actual bobble bit) on my first row of them where the second I realised my mistake and they are much better, I haven't checked the PDF pattern but on the online version it says 'DC' at one point instead of HDC which I think is where I went wrong @Pinchette I wonder if you did the same?

Its really lovely, I did pips a crochet hat but it kept going wrong and I couldnt figure it out until I realised it was an American pattern and the terms are different out triple is there double

I learnt in 'American' and hate using English patterns, they confuse me
