Amazing yarn!

I've just found the most gorgeous yarn ever on sale at £1.50 a ball! :

Do you reckon I could get a thin scarf (for indoor wear) our of 50g? Can you think of anything else I could knit? Could I crochet it? I love it so much I want to buy it all but I can't; I've still got a soaker and longies to do before I can think of starting anything else!

PS If I plan to knit some scarfs for Xmas presents do you reckon I could justify buying a ball in each colour?? Or which colour/s would you prefer for a scarf?
