Have you made any nappy related things yourself?

Just wondering who has done what?

I've made my own fleece liners and a night nappy and loads of hemp boosters.

So far it's pretty simple - I've hand-painted a wrap, and made my own fleece liners... Not got any more adventurous yet besides that would also mean getting out the sewing machine and that would mean having Isabelle out of the way!!

ETA I've also tye-dyed various nappies!

I've made fleece liners too as well as wipes and inserts/boosters.
I've saved some fabric for a nappy but I don't have a sewing machine.
Although I went to tesco todat and saw they were selling some for £39.97.
I dropped a hint to dh but who knows if he got it.

i have not made anything except fleece liners...but thats cos my sewing machine is at my in laws where it has been for 3 years!! sadly i am capable, just very very lazy!
i keep meaning to get it back, and David says when we move i can use a spare bedroom for my fun crafty things (like Boosters!!) and he can have his study, and i will have mine!!!
i have trained as a milliner (all those moons ago!) but that teaches you about aesthetics...with Hats the only practical thing you have to think of is balance, and will it sit on someone head!!!

i have some great ideas for decorating wraps and pockets...and to be honest i wouldn't need my machine...its just that old laziness kicking in again!!

I've made:

Fleece Liners
A fleece wrap
A handy bag to store my (bought!) wipes and spray bottle in
A nappy bag that clips onto the handles of my double buggy
Hand knitted longies and shirties for ds and also for the girls!


Every now and then I get all creative!!

I voted nothing but I just remembered that I did knot a soaker - sadly far too small for Charlotte but might now get to use it on the new little one

I am in the process of knitting some longies but at the moment they are just a waistband

i just remeber that i made a botty jumper!! and have started to crochet some wool boosters...now where did i put them!

wipes and my next project is PUL pocket nappies - I've got the PUL just cant get the tension right on my sewing machine after Hannah had a fiddle

I really should ramp up to make some more.
