Big mistake dying!!!

HELP!!!!

I've dyed some of my tots bots, they look lovely

I used the same kinda dye I used on brownie camp for t shirts thinking it would be ok BUT

My little man has a PURPLE BUM!!!!!

It seems to be his wee that has taken the dye out

They are the first nappies ive ever dyed and was so pleased with myself but now I'm not.

Can anyone suggest the right dyes to use please!

Poor little man, they dye is slowly wearing off tho!

What dyes did you use?

It could just be that the excess dye wasn't rinsed out of them enough, or the dye wasn't fixed properly

Poor little dude! Hope he has a normal coloured bum soon

It was the little cold water ones you get from Wilkinsons, Dylon I think it is.

Maybe I should give them a good couple of rinses

Did you do exactly what it said on the box - set with vinegar or whatever? As long as you did that I'd say a couple of hottish rinses should help! Hope his bum is a normal colour soon!

sorry, had to have a at the purple bum. hope it comes off soon! Off his bum and the extra off the nappies!
