Patterns for girls tops

Does anyone know where there are any free sewing patterns for baby girls tops? I want to make my daughter (she's 1!) a few tops out of some gorgeous fabric Ive been given...I'm thinking along the lines of smock type tops, or wraps. I could probably have a close inspection of the tops she has already...but Ive never made anything before so would love some step by step instructions!

When I want to make something I just google what I want and tutorial as I'm not very good at following patterns and I neeeeeed photos.
