Tension

I have been trying to sort the tension on my machine for 3 hours and cannot get it right. I am stitching jersey and it keeps doing this

I really dont know what else to do. Has anyone any tips?

Tension on the upper thread is too tight, but that's only relative to the lower tension IYSWIM, so if you have let it off then it's possible that your spool isn't wound/ threaded correctly so you might need to check that.

Have you re-threaded it too? I sometimes find just doing that helps :wink:
