Someone with a tiny girl please help

was wondering if someone could help me out a bit, I have a friend who is due to have a little girl in 2 weeks :wine:

I have decided to try making a dress for her in 0-3ish month size but have no measurements :roll:

could anyone with a little tiny girl please measure her chest and length for a dress please?

They are all about 18" chest and 13" in length.
