Glue is such a good idea, need to try that too. My stuff moves a lot even if I pinned lots! :D

Yeah! I think its the way, I also hate pinning! I use prit stick, as its washes out!

I find my fabric doesn't move enough! I use a walking foot and ballpoint needle, but I have to pull the fabric (quite hard) out the other end or else it bunches and gathers under the needle or gets in a tangle. Which is do-able if I'm sewing in a straight line. It's also difficult to do zig-zag stitching, I have fiddled with the tension so many times but nothing really seems to work, does anyone know what might be the problem?
