Panne velvet? Has a sort of crushed look to it.

It definitely has a pile of some sort doesn't it.

Yep, looks like panne velvet or polyester velour to me

Yeah i'd have said polyester crushed velvet. I've got some in that exact colour that i made Acacia's Tinkerbell costume out of :wink:
