Best Envelope Neck Baby Top Pattern?

Can anyone recommend a sewing pattern for an envelope neck top? Looking for size 3-6 months and bigger. A free one would be great, but I'd be happy to buy a nice one (especially if it's good for sewing novices/numpties like me).
