Where to buy skin safe fragrance oils?

I'm after things like green tea fragrance, peach, mango, jasmine, chocolate...

Basically I'm planning to make some bath salts, scrubs, melts and suchlike for christmas for various people and while I have found a website I have no idea as to how reputable/reliable it is...

So can anyone recommend anywhere?


Also if anyone can recommend a good body scrub recipe that'd be fab

Also where's the best place to buy dried flower petals from to put in bath bombs...

Annoyingly our local chemists (both of them) know nothing about citric acid so I'll have to order it online!
