Jamie jumper-snap reinforcement

Postby Tara84 » Sat Dec 10, 2011 7:32 pm

Can someone explain in idiots terms how I add reinforcement for resin snaps on a jamie jumper? I vauguely remember reading something about bias binding, do I put it inside the fold of the trim bit before I sew it on? in the pattern it says not to reinforce the whole length so do I work out where the snaps will be going then mark and add a square of binding at each mark?
had the patterns for months now and done a couple of tops but been too scared to try the jamie jumper

I reinforce after I have sewn it. That means that the bias binding can been seen from the wrong side.
