Hi
I'd like to make my own changing mat....
What's best to use and how do I go about it?
Many thanks :D

I've had two types of changing mat... Pul/waterproof backed or fleece backed

If you include a towelled layer in the middle it would absorb any widdles then you could just wash it, but on the other hand if it was totally waterproof all over then you could just wipe it clean

Depends what you want really

Oooh I guess I was thinking pul ... So is that pul back and front and towelling in the middle? Or...?

If you have front & back, you won't need towel in the middle, just something for padding. Bonus with this is it will be wipe clean

I'd be tempted to do pul back, towel middle & something softer on the front
It'll need washing if widdled on, but will be warmer for bub to lie on & absorb any mid-change widdles!
