Cows milk

Hi, just wondered when everyone gave their lo's cows milk as a drink?

My dd is 9 months and bf, she has bm on demand with one good feed that seems to last from 5am until 7 ish, and has never had formula.

I know its not recommended to give cows milk before 12 months, but I can't see why if its only a small drink from a cup in the case of my dd?
She eats a very good balanced diet and cows milk is not replacing bm feeds, so just wondered what everyone's thoughts are on this? Tia x

Yup we did this from 10.5m I think. No harm in giving it as long as uts not replacing bfs. X
