I want to start expressing and giving Rémy a bottle a day so that Joël and the boys can give him a feed and also so that I can leave him for a couple of hours with my MIL and know he'll be OK if he wakes / needs a feed. I think while we are doing our house hunting trip this will really help.
I'm just not sure what to do and how much he will need for one feed. I double pumped this morning after I'd fed him and got 75ml and single pumped just now (he is due a feed the other side so left it be!) and got 60ml so total of 135ml. I'm guessing this should be enough for a feed?
When do you express if you do for just one feed / freezer stocking?
Should I be working towards getting enough from a single pump (this would obviously be the ideal)?
How long should I be expressing for?
any other hints or tips for me?
