Ok to use whilst breastfeeding?

Hi

I just wondered if anyone with a medical mind knew whether these would be ok to use whilst breastfeeding? The only information I can find on line is a load of people saying that they used them whilst feeding etc... I can't personally see anything that would harm or affect baby but wanted to check.

There is limited research on this for breastfeeding mums. Even drugs are unknown sometimes. There aren't enough studies to say.

For essential oils and such people always say err of the side of caution especially in pregnancy. me personally I am not concerned for myself pg or bf'ing but I am fussy what I put on babies.

I agree with Sara - there's little research on what is /isn't safe in pregnancy or when breastfeeding
(No one is going to give ethical approval for a study to test on pregnant/bf mums)

Some essential oils are a no-no when pregnant.
