This is a brilliant resource of subs you can use, I was so excited to find cream cheese alternatives but haven't got round to buying them yet.
We use soya for tea/coffe and to make pancakes, bechamel sauce etc; almond milk for drinking and coconut milk drink (in cartons, not cans) for cooking most other things with.
Only ever tried soya yoghurts and cream as local shops don't stock anything else, I know there is concerns about the phytoestrogens but in moderation I think soy is ok for little ones.

when so many people who are intolerant to CMP are also intolerant to soya protein.
