Homemade powder

Can anyone tell me what I can use to make my own laundry powder that's is safe for cloth nappies ... :)

I'll have a look for my post with the instructions that we use however we have not used it on cloth, I haven't yet researched it (and we are not making our own at the moment) but I didn't use it when we had it when he was tiny as I read that it wasn't suitable so need to find out what is. If you come across any info or recipes let us know and I'll try to do some research too.

Ok .. I have found a few videos that are good but I just wanted to ask really people that have used it on their cloth nappies :)

OK so it seems like the issue with most home made powders is the soap content that causes build up becuase of the oils. Our recipe is in this thread and it contains soap so you would probably get build up:

The nappy washing friendly recipes dont' have soap in them, here is one:
