Drying Lavander?

How do I go about drying lavander, the plants in the garden could do with a trim back so I though I would dry it and put fresh in Gracies lavvie bag??? TIA

Yeah we have a very cosy airing cupboard

Not sure if this has been answered yet..! What i do is cut the lavender, tie into bunches and hang upside down in a warm room or the airing cupboard, until they are a bit crumbly. Its best to pick in the morning.
