I have just cleaned my kitchen entirely with vinegar solution and some bicarb for the first time and its sparkling! I think i will be definately using natural cleaners from now on

It's surprising how effective it is. Lemon juice is fab too, great for the bathroom.

I keep meaning to get some will add it t my shop and try it next month.

Louise do you dilute the lemon juice with water or use it neat?

Hubby even commented on the kitchen today (i had a bit of a spring clean and moved things around too) and i was quite smug when i told him id used vinegar and bicarb as he is a bit dismissive of my "hippy ways"!

It depends what you're using it for.

Lemon juice on its own can be used as a degreaser

I dilute it with water 50/50 for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.

You can add a few drops to the vinegar solution too so it smells a bit better.

To clean the microwave put a bowl of water and lemon slices in for 30 seconds. Then wipe clean.

Mix lemon juice and bicarb into a paste and rub brass/chrome/copper to clean it.

2 parts olive oil to 1 part lemon juice can be used as furniture polish.
