You can still get playdoze on the retro site, if you go on the website you can get them mail order, just look on lush retro.
I have heard some horror stories about some of the ingredients. My MW has just said that olive oil is the best thing for evrything from craddlecap to nappy rash.

The other thing is how often you given them a bath. Babies that are that are bathed every day are far more likely to have skin problems. Twice a week is plenty as water can be very drying too.
