We're doing it

Today OH has finished our veg patch so on Wednesday we can finally plant our veg we know it's a bit late in the growing season but we think we should just catch it, especially after the cold snap we've just had. So i'm looking forward to being able to walk out into my own garden and pick my own veg for tea

I planted veggies for the first time this year too & they seem to be coming along nicely

We planted our plugs (we buy as plugs from RocketGardens - did so last year and had great results) this week when they arrived.

Yay! Its not too late either, the cold really stunted the growth of our seedlings and many are just starting to take off now!

Our courgette plants are doing really well and the carrots aren't too bad. It's not looking too hopeful for the french beans though. It is lovely to see things growing in the garden isn't it.

we are first timers this year too!! Heres to lots of yummy goodness in the garden!

I fancy doing a Rocket Garden but just have not had the time this year let alone the weed-free space! Good luck with your veggies everyone! One thing I do grow easily is Rhubarb, and it's going mad this year.
