recieved my little trial pack today, arnt they odd little things?

have done a nappy wash and doing some clothes atm, strange that the nappies smell of nothing :giggle:

I dont like mine :( Mine as a type which are damp and sticky and smell of cider. My cupboard stinks of them :(

I got my trial pack today too, will try them out tomorrow. You can add essential oil for fragrance. :wink:

i dnt think i could add the oil, i tried it in my wipes solution and made alesha itch, the girl has such senstitve skin :roll: xxx

Did lavender make her itch? Only asking as it helps Oscars excema x

cant remember which ones i tried, it strange as she doesnt have dry or inflamed skin, yet trying to stop her from itching and making her self redraw and bleed is really hard, more often than not its her lower back, she always has to be in a vest that poppers so she cant get to her lower back, it still healing from about a week ago when she had gone to bed in just a nappy due to the heat, and had made herself sore from scratching xx

I can't remember off the top of my head! I emailed the lady and she assured me that this 'brand'/breed of soapnut is meant to be sticky etc. I just didnt rate them for washing. I put about 7 nuts in, on a 40 wash and didnt use time saver either and they came out like they'd gone in (but wetter obviously :giggle: )

hmm maybe was a bad batch or something, has done both washes well, and there was some pretty icky nappies and pasta covered tops from alesha :giggle: which has all come out clean, only thing is a fuzzi is stained but that will go in the window tomorrow and hopefully sun out xx
