Another fan of earth friendly baby here, I have been using a lovely retro talc free talc from Lush on Pea, she has a very wrinkly neck and it gets a bit sweaty/milky/damp so powder really helps to stop it getting pongy! I also use it on her little armpit folds and behind her knees- she is a fat little sausage with lots of folds. :giggle:
I am gonna have a go with the cornflower though. Can essential oil be added? I like to use a bit of lavender to help get madam off to sleep.

i got all excited coz i never see anything eco friendly in exeter! and this was like a hidden gem, she doesn't stock cloth nappies though, used to, but she never had any trade on them and sold them all off cheap in the end. i'll give the cornflour a go, i like talc as it gives a comfy feeling after a bath, all snugly and plus sometimes it's nice to get into creases etc that i sometimes don't quite get with normal drying. but then i've always used talc myself, not every bath, but i find i feel more cosy using it after a bath. thinking of trying out the mooncup too.

the mandarin bath stuff smells gorgeous! there was a foaming cleanser too, would this be like wipe soloution would anyone know? says on it it's a nappy bag essential and kind to bums. it was a teeny thing of it though for about 8.45, is it worth it and would it last long? i have some obv wipes on order from tami at dunk n fluff see

Annika, glad you've found somewhere! Are you actually IN Exeter? Just that my mum lives not far away and she's into all things "eco" too so she might know some other places if you need them.

That sounds cool, I'll tell her, thank you. She doesn't live in Exeter, but one of the little towns outside, Ottery, probably 20 miles away. She does shop in Exeter sometimes, I'll get her to check it out as she often brings bits up for me to check out  We don't seem to have a wholefood shop locally, there's one in the next town and a fantastic one in Northampton, but we don't have a car.
